2120 Networks was created in 2017 by IT industry professionals; initially operating as independent IT consultants and later joining forces with the mission to help smaller businesses with their IT needs. With over 20 years combined experience serving SMBs and larger enterprises, our experience has proved small businesses suffer the most with unsatisfactory IT management from incumbent IT service providers. We found service providers neglect their small business customers often favouring the larger more lucrative clients. Occasionally this can be out of the service providers control due to lack of resources in both time and human resources. However, it boils down to the simple fact that if "you pay more you receive more". Our background working for leading technology service providers helped establish a niche to exclusively help small businesses navigate their daily and strategic needs for IT.
Principal IT Technician Jordan Butler is an all-round engineering specialist covering a comprehensive stack of information technologies. He brings together a decade of experience in implementing and managing IT Infrastructures, Cloud, Networking, Security, Telephony, Applications, and end-user support.
Principal Business Consultant Shaz Miah is an IT Service Management specialist with an extensive history in managing Customer Relations, IT Operations and Service Desk, Projects Delivery, Strategy Development, Service Design, and Compliance.
Our combined experience consists of an extensive list of initiatives and projects covering a wide range of business needs that includes Cloud migrations, Application, Telephony, Unified Communications implementations, End-User Device deployments, Infrastructure and Networks installations, IT and Cyber Security, ISO27001 Information Security Management System, GDPR and ITIL management policies, processes, and procedures.
